May 10, 2016 -Professor Raymond Stevens was awarded International Scientific Collaboration Award of Shanghai in recognition of his outstanding contribution to structure based drug discovery and promoting international scientific collaboration in Shanghai.
Professor Raymond Stevens is a leading chemist and structural biologist and most recently has made major contributions to the study of GPCR structural biology. He is a recipient of the Zhao Chenggu SIMM Award for International Discovery in 2014. He started the International GPCR Consortium in 2015 with efforts at the Shanghai Institute of Materia Medica and iHuman Institute at ShanghaiTech University. The open source industry-academia consortium is an international nonprofit collaboration comprised of leading academic research institutes in the United States and China and with industry partners from the United States, Europe, and Asia.
