When a student asked how to keep a leadership position in a fast changing world, he said the one must be proactive, and in order to achieve that goal, the one must have a vision, and again it returns to the concept of the valuable thing you never break He told the iHSLB members that the magic way to make a person take responsibility in a team is to let that person engage in the task. Mr. Rales also mentioned his experience as a voice actor in the movie Mr. Fox and talked about the hit movie La La Land.
