January 8, 2018 - Dr. Guisheng Zhong, Principal Investigator and Research Associate Professor at iHuman Institute, has been promoted by ShanghaiTech University to Assistant Director of iHuman Institute in January 2018.
Dr. Guisheng Zhong joined iHuman Institute in January 2015. His research interest lies in two main areas: 1) the structure and function of G protein coupled receptors (GPCRs) and cytoskeletons of many types of cells and tissues; and 2) the function of natural compounds with a focus on cardiac and cancer cells.
Dr. Guisheng Zhong has outstanding leadership skills and conducts excellent scientific research. We firmly believe that the iHuman Institute will benefit from his leadership.
