At the 15th International Conference on the Crystallization of Biological Macromolecules (ICCBM15) that was held Sept. 17th – 20th, 2014 in Hamburg, Germany, Prof. Zhi-Jie Liu, Deputy Director, iHuman Institute of ShanghaiTech University, was elected as a Council Member of the International Organization for Biological Crystallization (IOBCr). Founded in 2002, IOBCr aims to promote research and practical applications of biological crystallization. It is governed by a Council consisting of scientist representatives from countries worldwide.
