研究内容

课题组主要研究兴趣包括:

1. 基于生理学的药代动力学(PBPK):根据体外生化数据预测药物处置(分布、代谢、消除)。

2.肝肾清除和药物转运的动力学和生化分析

3. 药物转运到肝、肾和脑中的分子和细胞生物学分析(包括基于PET成像的分析)

4. 基于体外研究的转运蛋白和酶介导的药物相互作用的定量预测

5. 分子靶点介导药物处置(TMDD)分析,以预测药物开发早期阶段的靶点占有率

研究成果展示
