Purification core

The protein purification core in iHuman Institute was founded in November 2013. The mission is to support iHuman Institute to make scientific and technological breakthroughs in human cell signaling and the education of the next generation of scientific entrepreneurs creating new medicines. Research areas of the protein purification core are focusing on development of protein characterization and protein purification, membrane protein stability studies, membrane protein crystallization technologies,  structure of G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs) and development of antibodies for GPCRs.
